SHIPPING POLICY

We at Sasaree by sasi (www.sasareebysasi.com) are committed to delivering to the customers most seamless experience in terms of shipping and delivery. We carry out pre-shipment quality check at our end and ensure that the product reaches the customer in proper condition. We have till date maintained zero return track record of our products.

 

We dispatch the products all throughout the week except Sundays and the shipping details are updated to the customer once we receive the order. 

For International Shipping you will receive your order within 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, Once your product is dispatched from our warehouse.Our logistic partner will get in touch with you once your product reaches the destination.

RETURN & EHCHANGE POLICY

  1. We offer return/exchange only in cases where you have received the product in a tampered packaging or damaged condition like torn or holes in cloth or stain marks or it has a manufacturing defect then please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at sales@sasareebysasi.com mentioning your Order ID. Products will not be exchanged or returned for any reason other than mentioned above. Manufacturing defect however does not include any pattern variations in block prints which is inherent in such products, slight colour variation as visible on the website and physically or any other product feature which in common parlance is accepted under normal circumstances.

  2. The intimation for return or exchange for reasons mentioned at Point No. 1 above should be intimated to us within 24 hours of delivery by an email highlighting the reasons for return/exchange as mentioned above at sales@sasareebysasi.com

  3. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If there is only one piece or replacement not available then the product value shall be refunded.

  4. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.What is our policy in regard to product received in damaged condition?

  5. We as a firm ensure that there is no manufacturing or packaging defect while dispatching the orders and the products are scrutinized before they are given for delivery. However, in an unfortunate scenario wherein the product is tampered with or the packaging is tampered, we request you not to take delivery of the product and inform us through email on sales@sasareebysasi.com within 24 hours. The product so returned shall be examined by our quality control team and if there is any defect or there is any manufacturing defect, we shall process the refund within 7 working days. No refunds shall be entertained for any reasons other than mentioned above
